2002 - ..., continuing: Senior Fellow, IASPS--Institute for Advanced Strategic & Political Studies, Washington, DC. Reference: Dr. Robert J. Loewenberg, President.
Responsibilities: Writing the IASPS Policy Briefings series, for international distribution by subscription. Area of coverage: Baltic, Belarus-Ukraine-Moldova, South Caucaus, Caspian, Central Asia; CIS affairs; NATO eastward enlargement.
